Mr. Kaploun, who I deign not to call rabbi, are you saying that if Anne Frank were an illegal immigrant then her torture and death in Bergen-Belsen would have been justified?

Capitalism would rather spend $10,000 on oversight of hypothetical "fraud", than allow one dollar's worth of a good or service go to to someone it has designated as "undeserving". Especially it can punish a whole category of people it doesn't see as fully human in the process.
