As I wrote earlier today, waiting for Maduro to say that Venezuela conspired with Obama to swing the 2016 and 2020 elections. Followed by Maduro and his wife being transferred to the same cushy prison occupied by Ghislaine Maxwell.
I doubt it’s a coincidence that Tulsi Gabbard was at the Georgia election office raid and Maduro is in custody. Her presence signals they could fabricate a foreign election interference claim. But not against Russia, of course.

The First Amendment fully protects our right to record ICE agents, police, FBI, National Guard troops, and other government officials performing their duties in public.

Know your rights while filming, how to protect your digital privacy, and what to do if you're stopped or arrested for recording.
Recording and Documenting Police and Federal Agents
The First Amendment protects your right to take photos and videos of law enforcement officers performing their duties in public. This applies to ICE agents, police, FBI, National Guard troops, and any other government officials. If you're not under arrest, a law enforcement officer needs a warrant to confiscate your device or to view its contents without your consent.

Is there any member of the Trump administration who isn't a billionaire, sociopath, or someone who was friends with Jeffrey Epstein?

Lutnick previously claimed that he cut off ties around 2005 with Epstein after being revolted by him.

And now, arresting journalists.

ICE isn’t just brutal. It’s also big business. From 2008 to 2021 ICE spent *$1.2 billion* on geolocation tracking, $561M on data analysis, $252M on government databases, and $97M on data brokers. Most of that went to companies who will lobby for this system to stay in place.

there's this new dynamic where the DOJ cannot win in court and is (relatedly) incapable of meeting the minimum threshold of professional legal conduct, and so an increasing percentage of its actions are purely for intimidation and content

I don't think people understand that if you shut down the government, ICE and CBP do NOT shut down. They're funded by supplemental money from the BBB. That's why dems are separating the DHS funding bill and asking for restrictions. I want them to demand a rescission of that funding or shut DHS down

This. They are turning the wealth the American people have created over generations into cash for their own dirty pockets. It’s obscene.
MAGA people lining up wanting the taxpayers to give them money. Trump wants $10 billion. Lindsey wants $1 million. J6ers want money. Farmers want money. Of course CEOs want their contracts,
subsidies & tariff waivers. It’s griftapalooza at taxpayer expense for the gangsters.

Part of this is so the White House can say in negotiations "See we're investigating that, we don't need independent investigations," knowing that investigations take a long time and after whatever deal is reached they can just quietly drop this probe.
The FBI is leading an investigation into whether federal agents who fatally shot Alex Pretti in Minneapolis violated his civil rights, expanding what had been a more limited probe after public outcry.
FBI Takes the Lead in Pretti Shooting Investigation
