since the gallbladder surgery i've mostly tried to make myself sleep every night/day even if it has to be at a weird time. but i seem to be back to normal now, which means sometimes going 48-72 hours without sleep but not getting sleepy.

in process sun tree topper for yule/xmas. very late (or very early?) to be working on this, but i was too unwell & distracted to finish it back in december. maybe will add beads or rhinestones.

went to bed early, but then woke up around 3. couldn't get back to sleep. rotted my brain for awhile, but still not sleepy. everything is confusing and disorienting all the fucking time.

Part of atoning for past actions is respecting the pain of people you've harmed. Just announcing that you've changed doesn't wash away the harm you did. You have to earn trust through your actions and accept that some people will never forgive you.
