Not keen on politicians who come here from wherever they lived overseas and don't have the first idea about how things work in Aotearoa and presume to tell us what to do.

And to be specific and name names:

Trump Is a Weak, Failing President, and the Media Is Finally Saying So
As Trump’s downward spiral starts producing harsher media coverage, a writer who regularly dissects MAGA and political media explains why he’s entering a tailspin that will be very hard to reverse.

Hmmm. Takapuna Grammar, Belmont Intermediate, Devonport Primary and Vauxhall Primary Schools together with St Leos do not yet appear to have made this commitment.
Great interactive resource here from Tania Waikato / Chris Abercrombie of schools that have publicly committed to giving effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Locally, I'm disappointed Fairfield Intermediate, Fairfield Primary & Woodstock aren't listed yet.

A parliament full of people as good as this would be bloody great
I’m delighted to announce I'm standing as the Labour candidate in Wellington Bays/Rongotai in 2026. I'm thrilled to fight for better jobs, housing, and health services in our community. Look in the bio to donate, volunteer, and help us deliver a better government next year.

If you have a dairy that got ramraided six times by the same kids and then they turned up one day outside asking everyone to contribute to “help make the dairy good again” then you’ll know what it feels like to hear National pledge to make our super savings as good as Australia’s

The correct answer to MAGA outrage over the Dem video is this: Are you effing kidding me? Of course it's reasonable to warn that Trump might be giving illegal orders.

The evidence is strong that he actually is giving illegal orders! I went through that evidence here:

Is Trump Giving Illegal Orders? Dems Just Blew That Question Wide Open
From the boat bombings to deportations to prosecutions, the evidence mounts. And the speaker of the House could get to the bottom of it if he wanted to. Yeah, right.

Real reason this govt wants to spend 100 billion on roads finally becomes clear: they’re creating fresh assets for future National govts to sell so they can go on claiming to be “grown up” and “mature” about “economic reality”

The New York Times quickly sending out Douthat to argue that Mamdani’s victory doesn’t really matter is so predictable it borders on self-parody.

Remember, folks: Every time the Right wins an election, it’s an undeniable expression of the will of the people. If a lefty wins, it’s just a blip.

I'll vote for whoever sets a target to get youth unemployment back below 10% in one year. I can't do ten years of centrist, round the next corner drivel. Waiting for businesses to get desperate enough to give young, disengaged or disabled people a job is fkng stupid. There is loads that needs doing.

Keeping school attendance up is a higher priority than protecting kids from measles

Saving a few bucks is a higher priority than a decent lunch
