Why is there no British senior politician capable of speaking with the honesty, clarity, insight authority of Mark Carney? Analysis, idealism and a vision, a solution .. And unlike or petty sloganeers, you know he's done the maths .

“We consider that the electoral system no longer serves the interests of UK business in generating growth."

Last week, @financialtimes.com published a letter from 20+ business leaders, calling for electoral reform.

It's great to see the business community join this conversation 👇

Farage has the unbelievable nerve to talk at Davos about Britain’s “moral decline”.

This repulsive piece of shit IS Britain’s moral decline. He’s betrayed our country for self-interest, prejudice and greed. Shame on everyone who’s allowed that.

Keir Starmer should condemn Trump’s illegal action in Venezuela.

Maduro is a brutal and illegitimate dictator, but unlawful attacks like this make us all less safe.

Trump is giving a green light to the likes of Putin and Xi to attack other countries with impunity.

Traitors all. They do us nothing but harm. Just how many times do we need to be warned?

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

It won’t. It’ll just ruin life for everyone. Your children most of all.

We’re going to do this for years aren’t we? Make tentative suggestions about heading back into the EU because Brexit is an isolating, costly moronathon that the country regrets. But Tories and Reform will keep howling ‘Betrayal!’, making progress and prosperity impossible.
