Finally, legislation to abolish the 3-day waiting period for abortion on request has been introduced in the Irish Parliament. It's unconscionable that after the 8th Amendment was repealed in 2018 by the people, the "pro-choice" gov't put a bunch of anti-choice restrictions into their law.

I think we should have a national voting day.Everyone gets off work.It's a national holiday.Everyone gets to vote. Voting booths are open for 14 hours.Or you can have two days off and have the voting booths open for eight hours a day.Regardless,we need a lot of time for voting.This curb is cheating.

I think it's rather sad that people are describing the ICE murders as "people are being killed by their own government", as though that were somehow unusual.
The majority of murders are committed by people known to the victims (relatives, neighbors, etc), but of the people killed by strangers...
