I'm a whole, multifaceted person and I'm too tired to keep up multiple profiles so I post politics, music/art stuff, and my freak shit on main.

I've decided not to worry about it being off-putting.

I also post way too frequently, and that's plenty off-putting all on its own.

She shouldn't have to keep doing this by herself. She is supposedly a member of a political party and every single one of her *colleagues* should be BLASTING the fascist in chief. ALL OF THEM. Where is the solidarity???

I really need to gain some marketable skills, y'all.

I keep gaining non-marketable skills, instead, bc they're more interesting. Or gaining potentially marketable skills, but I'm too disabled or broke to get anywhere, lol.

Dw, tho, I never give up 💪 I'm simply too handsome to wallow for long!!!

ALL people in a society deserve FOOD, HOUSING & HEALTHCARE! It is NOT up for DEBATE. We have been brainwashed to believe that the government isn’t supposed to TAKE CARE of US. That is OUTRAGEOUS, DEPRAVED SHIT. WE KEEP ALL THIS RUNNING. WE are the economy. We ALL deserve the VERY FUCKING BEST!

Reminder that Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

This was the widest CEO-to-Worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500.

And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?

My mom and my aunts sewed a panel for my uncle when he died. I've had the chance to see parts of the quilt in person, the most recently was in Toronto in 2006, and it is such a beautiful tribute, seeing the art and love that surrounded each person, which is what also makes it so devastating.

This is genocide. Explicitly. The first step in killing off a population is ensuring that they’re not allowed to engage in public life.
Either you understand that there is an organized campaign to push trans people out of public life with the explicit end goal of "morally mandating us out of existence" that is backed by some of the wealthiest individuals to have ever lived, or you're simply not equipped to grasp what's happening.

Guys with ADHD that I've known are always incredibly social. But there's something about being female + ADHD + you grow up criticised & berated & demonised is a recipe for a socially inept neurotic mess. I'm not surprised there's such a high prev of Fibromyalgia 🙋‍♀️which is linked to constant stress!😭

Delicious beverage: cranberry juice, lime juice, ginger paste (or grated or minced, if you don't have a jar on hand). Stir together and let the flavors develop for a few minutes before you sip.

Would probably be good if u subbed ginger beer for the ginger root, but probably not ginger ale.

Cancer drug Revlimid is one of the bestselling pharmaceutical products of all time, with total sales of over $100 billion.

It’s also extraordinarily expensive, costing nearly $1,000 for each pill, even though that pill costs just 25 cents to make.

The Price of Remission: This Cancer Drug Saves Lives — but Costs a Fortune. I Wanted to Know Why.
When I was diagnosed with cancer, I set out to understand why a single pill of Revlimid cost the same as a new iPhone. I’ve covered high drug prices as a reporter for years. What I discovered shocked ...

I want more love in my life. More joy, more whimsy, more wonder, more art.

I'd like to achieve these things without spending money (bc I don't have that).

I am unsure where to start, but I think that will be my goal for 2027.

Most of us grew up with nothing and then became adults with nothing. Really no surprise
We grew up being told "you'll get more conservative as you age" but it turns out becoming more conservative isn't about aging it's about accruing wealth, which we didn't do as we aged because for most of us home ownership was out of reach
