In previous years I’ve brought my down jacket from Canada to wear inside my parents’ house because they don’t turn the central heating on until it’s night. I did not bring it this year thinking you know, Australian summers are very warm but come on it is 5 degrees in my room rn.

I don’t think the author’s intention was to argue the closure of the magazine was justified but I now understand why it’s gone much better. I challenge the claim that Teen Vogue was considered the ‘voice of youth’ with absolutely zero of the young people I know ever reading that magazine.
