Today, on the blog: like "Who Goes There?" or "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" the original story "Farewell to the Master" is far less known than its adaptations. But is this comic more faithful than the movies...?

I've got the MST3K Turkey Day marathon on, but every time the ad comes on for the Yellowstone marathon it sounds like a gritty reboot of HOME ALONE. I haven't been playing a lot of attention but I'm pretty sure Costner says "this is my house, I have to defend it."

DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER is on, and one of the plot points is that the billionaire tycoon is secretly abducted and his company and wealth misused for eee-vil.
Of course, that could never happen in real life...well, it totally could, but who'd know? The change would be negligible.
