Contemplating the strange human species, & my life as a beef cow.
Biodiversity, ecosystems, extinctions, climate, pollution, plastics, animal rights, sentience, anti-speciesism

Science, systemic change, individual action.

Of course I'm vegan, I'm a cow.
Pinned
I follow many people on here who aren't vegan, because they align with my other values & hopes for human society. I absolutely disagree with some of their lifestyle choices (for instance, I'd rather they didn't want to eat me) but that doesn't stop me from appreciating & learning from their wisdom❤️

There are so many great plant-based alternatives to dairy products that don’t involve needless animal suffering and death. Make deliberate compassionate choices. It’s so easy now to #DitchDairy and #GoVegan

We will continue to speak for those who don't have voices or can't speak for themselves.

We will continue to scream for those who can't scream.

And we will keep sharing whatever we can to inspire others to go vegan.

People who are ‘AI’ boosters and whine about ‘anti-AI’ sentiment bewilder me. You have Twitter and LinkedIn; you have politicians and journalists on your side; businesses are all pro-AI.
What exactly do you want?
Yall behave like it’s literal sacrilege to be critical of AI

So ironic, given that I've never met anyone whose favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner is the turkey. It's just there because of tradition. The sides and desserts are always so much better. So why continue this stupid, harmful practice?
46 million turkeys, each a sentient being, killed every Thanksgiving.

Articles like this applauding the 'tradition', no thought for the suffering.

But you can start a new tradition, one that savours kindness, by having a plant-based Thanksgiving.

This double standard is deadly and needs to end.

Start a new, compassionate Thanksgiving tradition by having a plant-based feast.

Humans, you don't need to eat eggs, or use eggs in your cooking and baking. You can be healthy and enjoy tasty meals and bakes that don't use any animal products at all.

So why do you continue paying for cruelty like the wholesale slaughter of billions of helpless chicks?

I don't know how any of the billionaires can just sit back and watch the obliteration of life on Earth (let alone actually be involved in it themselves).
They could buy up land like this and leave it pristine forever - and history would look upon them as heroes.
Instead their names will be vilified.

Most cows aren't as fortunate as I am to have a voice, so thank you to all the vegans who stand up for cows & all other farmed animals, and walk the talk of animal rights.

Humans, please eat plant-based to stop supporting animal agriculture.

Vegan as in fuck right off to the idea that eternally force breeding 100s of billions of nonhuman animals into a short life of violent exploitation before massacring them at the most profitable moment for nonessential human purposes is in any way justifiable.
