Stag likely beheaded in Dublin parkland so antlers could be used as 'sick trophy'

And if the culprit is found - they will fine a few quid and tell not to be such a naughty boy

Ireland laws on nature cruelty are a sick joke too

Aviation has to end.

But I have a bit of an issue with the livestock image which is far far worse than all aviation. We normalize and degrade livestock without noticing it sometimes?

Pigs can’t see daylight and cannot move around. They live in their own poop.

It always puzzles me when people throw away (almost) perfectly fine bicycles. These bikes will need new chains, maybe a tube and a fresh cable and they will be back on the road.
So I am not too worried about this 20-dollar ‘investment’.

Yeah, but not at the scale of industrial food systems, and not in ways that collapse whole biospheres.

Scale and systemic structure matters re: cumulative impact.

It’s not subsistence hunting that’s driving mass extinction but habitat loss.
