This was me last week (and two weeks before that). Conference season can be a real curse for socially anxious introverts.

I didn't get a picture of the campus kangaroos, but I can provide a fairly accurate artistic rendition of them (based on my photo of non-tertiary-educated roos taken the day before the conference):

It's supposed to be a high of 31 degrees so here's hoping the conference vibe is pro-shorts. I mean, surely we can't be expected to present at the Sunshine Coast in Actual Pants. Most people living here don't seem to own shirts.
