They were there from the beginning wearing riot gear.
They were CLEARLY notified, & they cooperated with ICE, even though they are supposed to be prohibited from doing so.

We’re still gathering information about what happened in St. Paul, but what we do know is that once again, federal authorities provided no notice to local leaders or law enforcement.

In his order, Judge R. Brooke Jackson called the conditions at Aurora’s detention center “atrocious” when describing one man’s testimony of his detention. Jackson also wrote that a court’s intervention was necessary as ICE seemingly prepares to ramp up its enforcement efforts.
