Went to Aylesford Priory today and noticed one, and only one, flag above the altar. The bidding prayers started with:
"First we pray for the people of Ukraine so that they may know peace and lasting security"
This made me happy

Ukraine Has a Plan for Victory. Its Allies Don’t.
Ukraine is about to suffer its most brutal winter since Russia invaded in 2022. That isn’t a risk but a certainty as both sides sense they’re blocked on the ground and focus on the long-range air war....

Inside the Trump family’s global crypto cash machine
The U.S. president’s family raked in more than $800 million from sales of crypto assets in the first half of 2025 alone, a Reuters examination found. Much of that cash came from foreign sources.

Iran, Russia and the New Zealand insurer that kept their sanctioned oil flowing
A dark fleet of tankers carried tens of billions of dollars of Iranian and Russian oil to Asia, evading Western sanctions. Reuters found the ships were connected by one thing: a small insurance company in New Zealand, run by a British family.

1/5 Russia's war on Ukraine is as black and white as it gets.
It is not morally complicated. It is one of the clearest cases of good vs evil in recent history.
Russia is the aggressor. Ukraine is the victim. No gray area. No equivalence.
Just a criminal invasion

Another shameful act of the Trump regime.
On September 11,2025,it became known that the USА lifted sanctions on Belavia, the Belarusian state-owned airline
This opens the way for Russian aviation to rather easily obtain the spare parts needed to service its airfleet -both civilian and military -since many of those parts are dual-use

Those gibberish words? The rambling? His "Weave"? The technical term is "hypnotic induction". As in, it is a phrase, or series of phrases, designed to drop someone into a low level hypnosis. At which point, whatever you say sticks.
