He's just straight up rationalizing that it's OK for them to murder people over "hateful rhetoric."

"Contempt of cop" is not, in fact, a crime, especially not one that warrants summary execution on the streets.
WELKER: What do you see in that video?

HOMAN: I've said from March -- if the hateful rhetoric doesn't decline there's going to be bloodshed. And unfortunately I was right. You gotta put yourself in the mind of the officer.

I think it is probably a bad idea to put clearly unhinged, angry psychopaths in federal law enforcement positions.

Show up, create chaos, scare the shit out of the citizens, and when one freaks out and tries to run, shoot her. The death penalty for disobeying ICE.
Then, when you go to court, lie about how "in danger" you felt.
Didn't we just claim we rescued Venezuela from a dictator attacking his own citizens?

Do not believe what DHS has to say about this when they put out an official statement. They have been provable liars in similar situations.
“She was trying to turn around, and the ICE agent was in front of her car, and he pulled out a gun and put it right in — like, his midriff was on her bumper — and he reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times,” Heller said. www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...

On the 5th Anniversary of the failed January 6th insurrection attempt, we’re reminded how fragile democracy can be. We must remember the darkness of that day so it’s never repeated. As history is rewritten by some, we choose to speak the truth of what happened.

When Venezuela, first under Carlos Andrés Pérez (1976), & further under Hugo Chávez (early 2000s), seized what had belonged to oil companies – ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, etc. Was this wrong? Yes. But they did not steal from the US government or invade America.

Don't go to war for corporations!

Reality not wishful thinking.
Reminder: not even January 6th was enough to get enough Republicans on board to impeach, and that was right after a mob of angry Trump supporters tried to kill them. And most of the ones who DID vote for impeachment that time are gone now.

They'll just do what they always do: ignore, move on.

Strange takes on Mayor Zamdani swearing his oath on the Qu’ran. It has nothing to do with church & state. The point of the oath is for the person swearing in to do so upon some text that is sacred TO THEM. Some Presidents swore in w/o any book. John Quincy Adams was sworn on a law book. His choice.

Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.
