Übrigens: Das Asylrecht ist ein Experimentfeld von Law&Order. Fällt der Amtsermittlungsgrundsatz im Asylrecht ist möglich, dass dies am Ende auch im Sozialrecht eingeführt wird (dort gilt bisher Paragraf 20 SGB X) - wie es schon jetzt Überlegungen gibt, die Bezahlkarte fürs Bürgergeld einzuführen
Noch ein paar Worte zur Abschaffung des #Amtsermittlungsgrundsatz, den CDU, CSU und SPD im Asylprozess planen, denn hier wird massiv am Rechtsstaatsprinzip gesägt.
1. Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass Behörden und auch Gerichte von sich aus alles wesentliche zu einem Sachverhalt ermitteln müssen.
