Yeah, aside from safety issues, having to use the Star feature in File Manager, because Ubuntu doesn't recognize Curseforge's launcher, is sub optimal.

It's a "system 1 thinking" trap, that quickly turns to sunk-cost fallacies, and ends in exploitation.

I used to live a mile away from Qagnax Cave on St Paul Island, Alaska. This was the 80s, 10 years before the mammoth bones were discovered. Near miss, I had no idea I was hiking near the last mammoths.

Thank you for this! I especially appreciate that you connect the survivors on Henderson Island to Pitcairn, a near miss of just over 100 miles.
Similar, at least to me, to the Pandora (hunting the Bounty) and the Laperouse Expedition survivors; so close to rescue, and yet so far.
