Congratulations on a huge achievement.

This could well be true. But it’s not unrelated. Covid is causing the immune system disruptions that leave people vulnerable to dying from things like flu.
But we say that those aren’t Covid related deaths 🤷🏼

“Researchers have documented that repeated COVID infections are associated with measurable disruptions to immune function. Some immune cells are depleted. Others become dysregulated — unable to do their jobs properly, or backfire on the body itself in the form of autoimmune diseases…”

Gosh, that must have hurt! (Not at all).
What a joke.

Sorry we can’t afford bread unless the federal government pays for it!

😂

It’s hard. You are doing the absolute best you can, which is all anyone can do.

Goosing? FFS I am tired of autocarrot guessing wrong.
Choosing, of course.
November 17, 2025 at 6:27 AM
Yep. And that falls squarely at the feet of government.
He can’t possibly believe that it’s just a coincidence that hospitals everywhere are overwhelmed. He is goosing not to join the dots. They all are.
Remember that brilliant HIV advertising? We need something like that. And urgently.
November 17, 2025 at 6:26 AM
Oh but Tasmania is getting a stadium! We don’t need hospitals.

And you’d be lucky if 10c in the dollar went to the people those charities say they are raising money for. Most of it goes to pay executives, call centre workers, professional fundraisers and for the advertising itself. These are businesses. It’s a rort.

Thank you. I should have written ‘survivor’ but I was shaking with rage.
Solidarity. There are so many of us.
November 17, 2025 at 2:53 AM
Yes. In 1979 we had “jobs day” for seniors in our working class high school which consisted of army, navy, Air Force recruiters and one lone accountant from BHP. 😂

I worked for Centrelink for over a decade. There may well be a “small group” of people who have no intention of ever working. But it’s very very small. Most people who have trouble meeting obligations are unwell in some way or have real issues that need addressing before they can work.
FFS (again)

Their own data, quoted here, shows that it is the errors of the job network providers that are causing the admin burden! It’s not the jobseekers!
