Um. No. It isn't. Not even close. It isn't a computer any more than it is a series of flywheels and hydraulics, a steam engine with little workers marching on treadles, or any of the other metaphors we've used to describe it in the past.

I had been using a $60 pair of on ear JBL recently which I enjoyed but it was more convenience than anything since I wanted something after my AirPods broke. Got a pair of Bose headphones and it’s amazing the amount of detail I was missing.
