I've seen a male toilet before, he looked quite ill though
My only stance on public toilets is that you can't have a 'male' toilet and a 'female' toilet.
You can, however, have a men's toilet and a women's toilet.
Obviously you can also have a non-gendered toilet.
But the toilet itself is mute, porcelain, genderless and hopefully hygenic.
