Love so much of @nakedpastor.bsky.social material. I’ve got 2 stickers on my laptop as encouragement when I was as a gay man in the closet and trying to advocate for change within the church I was pastoring. They’ve taken on new meaning since I have come out and am no longer actively pastoring

In the year of our Lord 2024… On Transgender Day of Remembrance…In what should be the epicenter of freedom…We have the declaration that transgender women cannot use women’s restrooms in the capital. Trans women are women. No asterisk needed.

Joining this community has been a huge blessing as I have been navigating the waters of coming out as a gay man. I have found it to be a place of refuge in the midst of the storms. These people embody a curious embrace of mystery that creates space for lovely experiences of divine grace.
Tonight's contemplative spirituality group for LGBTQIA+ people and allies was beautiful. We "come as we are, experience the Divine and see what happens." Tonight we had 17 friends from all over the United States and Canada, including a brand-new person who joined us from Bluesky.
