Our daughter will, sadly, be leaving New Orleans next year, but will be returning to North Carolina (UNC this time) as one of the very few combined adult/ped heme/onc fellows, something she has long wanted to do and worked tirelessly to achieve

Whatever your opinions are about using grazing as a tool, it does require good, proactive management to implement it in a non-destructive manner
