A federal officer is immune from state criminal prosecution when his actions are "necessary and proper" to functions "authorized...by the law of the United States[.]" The attack documented here appears to have been provoked by the cyclist saying, "fuck Trump, yes."
This appears to be the full video of the Chicago delivery worker. It actually appears that an agent tries to assault him after he curses the Dear Leader Kim il Trump to their faces.

We cannot get comfortable with this. We cannot allow it to be normalized. ICE is no longer a legitimate law enforcement agency. They work for Trump. They're meeting quotas not making us safe. They no longer work for us.
