What a missed opportunity, if i were psychic with a rich celebrity client I'd tell them they have a lifetime of bad karma that will leave them poor and despised for this and future reincarnations and they needed to start doing a lot of charity work immediately to balance out that karma.

a) conflate "successful under capitalism" with "a good environment for kids to grow up in," which are two VERY different things.

And b) are unwilling to acknowledge that people they love can do harm, because they're afraid that would mean their loved ones are "bad people," so instead they deny it
