Theory: Labour are actually bigger separatists than I am and are positively driving forward the end of the UK and if so, damn it I'm here for it.
Not content with locking in rail underinvestment in Wales for a generation by refusing to devolve it, the UK Govt is now locking in systematic dysfunction by refusing to use this opportunity to correct the ‘joint’ England and Wales police & criminal justice system. Terrible!

Home secretary rejects Welsh police powers in major reforms
Shabana Mahmood's stance comes days after the first minister called for powers over Wales' police.

It's pretty basic stuff but damn it's nice to see mainstream parties talking like this again - and to be referring to the greens as mainstream.

Leanne Wood got me paying attention to party politics, Corbyn did it too - we need voices who can make people believe in an alternative

This is an insane poll.

11 seats for the Greens in Wales would be just as seismic as the 45 for Plaid.

Wales would be nearly certain to go the Scottish of the last few decades with a minority Nationalist Government propped up by Greens and a banished Labour party fallen into obscurity.

The US has launched an unprovoked and illegal attack on Venezuela.

This is a brazen attempt to secure control over Venezuelan natural resources.

It is an act of war that puts the lives of millions of people at risk, and should be condemned by anyone who believes in sovereignty & international law.

My constituent, Amu, is on Day 40 of their hunger strike in prison.

Last month, I requested an urgent meeting with the Justice Secretary to discuss their wellbeing.

He has now officially declined my request.

What an absolute disgrace.

All of global politics is really just to distract us from this horrible fact
This is obscene.

That others in politics can’t or won’t say that this is obscene hits at the heart of the problems we face.

We are the 99.999%.

I think Transactual put it best (in reference to the girl guides) and now Labour too:

"There is no problem being solved here, only harm being done."

All to appease the right, who hate them anyway - shame on them.

And again! Watching a couple of goldcrests about 6ft away and the kingfisher flew between us. I absolutely love living in the valleys

Absolutely insane.

Labour would have purged and smeared someone like Zohran Mamdani.

Wes Streeting's politics align far more closely with Andrew Cuomo.

The lessons from Mamdani are about how to defeat both the right - and the bankrupt "centre".

Do you think the person in Welsh Labour who decided to run this add feels any contrition?

11% they polled at. If they poll nationally like that in May they could get zero seats.

Zero.

Massive win for Plaid Cymru in last night’s Caerphilly Senedd by-election with 47.4% in a record turnout.

South Wales has always been a Labour stronghold, but Labour and the Tories combined got just 13%. Reform came second with 36%.

So many talking heads so badly wanted Caerphilly to be majority right wing on the back of the brexit vote. I know several people who voted to leave the EU on the basis of it being a stain of imperialism in the fight for socialism in our lifetimes. Wales does not lean majority right wing.
