Further analysis of the TEAM trial (NEJM 2022). HTE of early mobilisation in ICU. Some people benefit from enhanced mobilisation (planned surgery, less disability, fewer comorbidities) and some people don't (diabetes, vasopressors, sedated). Great work Ary Serpa Neto and team!

High-flow nasal oxygen was noninferior to noninvasive ventilation for rates of endotracheal intubation or death within 7 days in 4 of the 5 patient groups with acute respiratory failure.
