None of the problems of vaccines, disease, poverty or anything else, are unaffected by climate change. We do not live in a vacuum. It is all connected. We have reached the end of the leeway that we had for making these horrid, cruel, profit driven decisions.

I completely agree. Anything we can do globally is better than sitting on hands or being complicit in the ocean’s continued degradation. It’s disappointing that the US refuses to join so many global efforts

And the US has not, and likely will not, ratify it. And there is little or no enforcement. The words and intent are good, but will it make a significant difference?

But they gather a number of points of personal information that can be sold to others for marketing. And we hope their storage of this personal information (why do they need to know how many people live at my address?) is sufficiently secure. I don’t trust them already and this does not add to that!
