I’ll probably get yelled at for this again but if the US government had not fucked up the reconstruction so badly by betraying Black people after they freed themselves and refusing to guillotine the people who enslaved them, the US would be a place where consequences existed for wealthy white guys.

Everything is so much and so crazy. But trust that the most evil people in this city will use this moment to try and fuck you every way possible.
