Redesigning my studio after the move, I had one rule:
The more often I use a thing, the closer to hand it should be.
I'm trying to minimize the need to get up, turn around, or search for things, which too often ruins my concentration.

I was in a meeting today where a major Black led organization is offering free legal services to other nonprofits of color so they can get advice on changing their names with the IRS (esp. the ones serving Palestinians and Arabs) so they arent targeted by the new administration.

Someone I love is about to lose someone they love to a cancer that likely could have been beaten had it been caught in time. I know as a people we can be hesitant or downright scared to go to the doctors, but please. If you have the means, go. Talk to your people & encourage check ups. 🙏🏽

My guess is that a lot of trans people will be feeling a ton of stress and worry over SCOTUS today.
