Imagine if Senate and House Dems made a criminal referral to DOJ over Kushner’s corrupt involvement in these negotiations.
1. Jared Kushner's trip to Moscow yesterday was not just unethical; it was illegal.

You cannot accept tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and simultaneously conduct high-level diplomacy for the federal government.

It says it right in the Constitution.
Kushner’s Moscow mission wasn’t just corrupt. It was unconstitutional.
Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, has been traveling the world to participate in high-stakes foreign policy negotiations on behalf of the president.

House Republicans have subpoenaed Jack Smith for a closed door interview, even though he already offered to testify publicly. That tells you everything. This isn’t about oversight. It’s about narrative control. Let Jack Smith speak where everyone can hear him.

New York lawmakers have proposed requiring retailers to disclose when they use "surveillance pricing" tactics to gouge consumers.

It's a much-needed step towards reining in how companies can weaponize your personal data.

Honestly. It’s time for Congress to stop this nonsense.
Devastating. Trump admin selling off historic public art to the highest bidder. "It is a tragic irony that murals meant to represent the contract between the government and its citizens would be sold to the highest bidder rather than preserved for posterity." www.alternet.org/trump-destro...

Just imagining how much better it would be if ALL news stories about vaccine-preventable illnesses were illustrated with pictures of people with the disease, not pictures of needle injections. If you must show something that people will find scary & unpleasant, make it the disease, not the cure.
I'm so tired of measles.

I'm also tired of people using needle shots on stories like this.

Show what measles looks like.

Can you spot the ISBN? 🤓

Let me tell you some useful secrets about International Standard Book Numbers:

1. The first number is based on the language of origin. It's not printed here, so that means it's 0 or 1, because English speakers sometimes decided to skip the I and just use SBN. Typical 🙄

Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

This is ridiculous. It was the first TRUMP admin which developed the cases against President Hernandez. His brother Tony Hernandez was indicted in 2018 and convicted in 2019, and key ally Geovanny Fuentes Ramirez was indicted in 2020.

Both were later sentenced to life in prison!
Leavitt: "The people of Honduras have highlighted to him how the former President Hernandez was set up. This was a clear Biden over prosecution."

DOJ says immigration judges, as "inferior officers," may be fired on the basis of sex, religion, race, or national origin. Leaving aside the law, it's *politically* remarkable they're taking this position.

Creating a military conflict with Venezuela gives this administration a legal "hook" to invoke the Alien Enemies Act. In other words, the foreign war is being manufactured in order to facilitate court deference for its domestic mass deportation policy. It's a Stephen Miller Special.

Why are the war criminals always still running against Biden? If they thought what they were doing was moral and honorable than they wouldn't have to cast prior blame.
Maybe someone who knows better can say why he’s explicitly calling them “lethal, kinetic strikes”? Is there some specific legal doctrine here? Because otherwise, it just sounds like he’s saying they’re designed to kill people via something that’s moving, which is weird. Why does “kinetic” matter?
a lot of words, none of them denying that Hegseth gave an order to kill helpless people who were stranded at sea after he blew up their boats

His troop deployments are a false flag – meant to provoke a response in order to justify harsh crackdowns.

This is now very obvious."
