Why is it that diversity funds and initiatives always demand 2-3x times more work to apply for than generalist funds?
Like, they even go all "others think it's risky to invest in underrepresented people, but we don't" and then ask you just about everything that shows they think you're risky

There's tons happening right now but it would be nice if people remembered that its OK and just as important to have means of escapism to stay mentally well and not everyone has the power, resources, safety, or means to go fight every battle. You as ordinary people are still allowed to seek joy.

... now I want to add localization ...
I wanted to add NPCs to my game, and totally forgot I need to add "Yes/No" dialog options, but my code didn't support that. Unfortunately neither did my tooling. So instead of hacking it in, I threw out all the dialog tooling and code, and made a branching dialog editor, preprocessor, and dialog box
