Aftyn Behn made some noise here in a Tennessee and had a tight race in a place that should’ve been an easy lay up for Republicans. If you’re celebrating Van Epps, you’re not seeing what lies ahead! We will see you in the midterms!

Brazil’s former Dictator Bolsonaro will begin serving his 27 year prison sentence for plotting a coup in his country.

If only Merrick Garland had gotten the job done when we had the chance and sent the orange felon and his insurrectionists to jail where they belong. Scumbag.

Just watched a doco about homelessness in women over 50 in Australia, the "Lucky Country" -- apparently!

Today there are estimated to B 405,000 homeless women living in cars, vans, & on the streets in a country of 28 million. That's bloody disgusting. What a shit show the world is today.

If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

Creating a military conflict with Venezuela gives this administration a legal "hook" to invoke the Alien Enemies Act. In other words, the foreign war is being manufactured in order to facilitate court deference for its domestic mass deportation policy. It's a Stephen Miller Special.

My partner hit 24yrs clean & sober today. That's a miracle. From a frightened person unable to function without alcohol, a victim of psychological violence, childhood rape, ADHD, PTSD to a highly motivated giving human being. Always willing to help others. AA works if U truly want it to. Well done.

CEO-to-worker pay ratio in 1990: 75-1

CEO-to-worker pay ratio today: 280-to-1

Trickle-down economics was always a sham.

Nothing has ever trickled down.

Sometimes I think about how we have to wait all the way until 2028 for people to realize that this regime will not be leaving office. I have no idea why people don’t see it now after we already experienced an insurrection and a judicial coup. Denial is a bitch.

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

YOU are what we voted AGAINST last Tuesday. So I'm gonna hang on to that.
