1. A blockade is an act of war

2. The idea that Venezuela has stolen land from the United States is so laughably stupid on its face that even some of his base is like 🤨

3. It’s always about oil.

USCIS canceled my client’s naturalization oath ceremony. We filed a lawsuit, went to trial, and the judge swore him in right there in the courtroom!

100%. Maga is full of horrible people that actively hate most other human beings. Which is why they should absolutely not be catered to politically, nor should politicians skew their policies to find some illusory "middle" with them. Fuck them, and their personality disorders.
Although Trump’s abhorrent political beliefs are ultimately more damaging to the nation, his reprehensible personality is more shocking to me on a personal level.

I can’t fathom how anyone can support someone who is so obviously a terrible human being.

Wonderful! Stop investing in the death cult of fossil fuels. BlackRock is also one of the largest investors in private prisons and helping Trump sell his replacement for social security (i.e. give the money to the stock market), so not exactly pro-human elsewhere either.
PME, a Dutch pension fund overseeing about $70 billion, has severed ties with BlackRock based on an assessment that the world’s largest money manager no longer acts in its best interests on issues such as climate risk.

A reassertion of “Inuit pride,” especially among young people, is giving Greenlanders the strength to push back against a new would-be territorial governor: President Trump, who vowed “one way or the other” that he would “get” Greenland.
Reviving Inuit culture, young Greenlanders find strength against Trump
As Greenland moves past Danish colonialism, young people are taking up old traditions, like facial tattoos and kayaking, and see no need for the U.S. as a new master.

Good, embarrass these fascists. I hope at some point the FBI is asked in that hearing what "ANTIFA" stands for and why the FBI is against them.
“Where in the United States does ANTIFA exist if it’s a terrorist organization and you’ve identified it as number one?” Rep. Bennie Thompson reiterated.

“We’re building out the infrastructure right now,” the FBI's Michael Glasheen said.

“So what does that mean?” Thompson pressed.

“My toughest critic and my best mentor.”

That’s how Hegseth has described Eric Geressy, now a Pentagon adviser overseeing a team reviewing the role of women in the armed services.

But @dfriedman.bsky.social uncovered a page tied to Geressy’s email that features books about “Asian wife sharing."
I asked the Pentagon about Pete Hegseth's mentor. Then the threats started.

Love this kind of strong, eyes open messaging. "The Christian call is to unconditionally follow the virtues of hospitality, generosity, kindness and compassion that Jesus commanded" with language like that, JD Vance's puppeteer, Peter Thiel might start calling the church of England the antichrist.

Mark Cuban has the same problem as all billionaires. He's *literally* living in a different reality than you or me. He's got no idea how basic things work (or how much they cost!) because for him it's a non-issue he never has to consider. He hasn't thought about the price of *anything* for decades.
