This is a great piece. I worry politicians are underestimating the threat from the radicalisation of young people (particularly men) for the exact same reasons young people are increasingly turning to the far-right. They're easily ignored because they don't have political or economic capital.
My 19 yo son wrote for @labourlist.bsky.social on why young men are attracted to Reform. The commentariat talk a lot about this phenomenon, but we rarely hear from the young men themselves. What struck me was that although "anti-woke" is part of it, so is economics. labourlist.org/2025/01/news...
