Ah I think I found out why my neighbors took so long to do laundry last night. The washer is broken. It fills up with water then sits there slowly leaking without doing the wash or spin cycle or draining. They could have left a note or something though now all my work clothes are sopping wet yay

Hot off the presses: the Minnesota Supreme Court has granted review in Sela Investments Ltd. v. J. H., A24-1380. This sets up a fight at the high court over the shocking Court of Appeals decision which invalidated part of Minnesota's updated eviction expungement statute.
