I thought #ReformUK promised to cut the amount of money spent by Local Councils?

The energy standing charges pay for the resilience @ SoS that this report highlights is missing for ‘off-grid’ properties.
Personally I think it is a good deal & we all benefit equally from it - a bit like the TV licence fee.

Given that Boris Johnson was born in USA to a British parents and therefore technically is entitled to claim dual nationality. Boris committed a crime (Covid parties) for which he was fined.
