a lot of these people gotta learn that the social contract is a truce. if you break it frequently and overtly enough, you will eventually lose the protections that truce once offered.

I don't have words for how angry this makes me. These guys are worse than thugs. They need to be stopped and held accountable. Why are we letting this happen?

As the arrest unfolded, teachers pleaded with the agents telling them the teacher had a work permit. The agents went into multiple rooms looking for teachers while children were present. One teacher hid with a child in her care while the agents stormed the facility.

I had the same experience while hearing him interviewed on a podcast last year. So right now I'm thrilled, but I'm not yet finding my sea legs in this hopeful reality
I remember seeing some early video from his campaign and thinking "gee, it sure would be nice to live in a reality where he stands a snowball's chance in hell of winning"
