I got a faster response (and notification of payment!) from the megacorp pet insurance for our claim than I did from our vet who has 3 times in the last 3 weeks said “I’ll call you when the results are back”… and hasn’t.

Our beloved vet retired several years ago and then later sold the practice. We hung on through the multiple ownership changes but it really sucks that a small, formerly personal & friendly practice now operates like corporate customer “service”. CAN I JUST TALK TO SOMEONE THERE???? Ugh wtf.

I really love playing “litter box watch” where you try to figure out if your cat is actually having UTI type symptoms or just needs to take an enormous dump because he got into a box of greenies 2 days ago and ate probably half a cup of them.
