The fact that people view being pragmatic about the act of voting in a liberal democracy as a call to boycott or be completely disinterested in voting says so much more about them than those making the initial argument
People who see “voting isn’t how you get real change, just choosing the conditions you organize under” as arguing for voter apathy are telling on themselves that they only see politics as something to do occasionally on a ballot, not built every day through community, solidarity & collective action.
