As a reservist in a country allied with the United States (Finland), I have questions, based on this:
1) do I need to be concerned that US soldiers are unaware of "rules of war"? (incl UCMJ)
2) will they follow ROEs agreed to with Allies, or go with US ones (say in operations in Finland)?

To our American friends: are you aware of this?(Article in Dutch) www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2025/... Basically, it seems that plaques commemorating African Americans who fell in Europe in WW2 are being removed! This happening just before 11 Nov is extremely poignant.
