ICE detained a legal observer (a US citizen) in MPLS today, smashed his car window & dragged him out. They subdued him with a knee on his neck, conduct banned under MN law after the murder of George Floyd.
The victim looks to be wearing autism earmuffs & likely had no idea what was even happening.
