You have the right to follow and film ICE agents in public. It is not illegal, as it is protected by the First Amendment, although there can be legal issues if you obstruct their duties or harass them. DHS claims this is doxing agents, federal courts reject this view.

Yes, they want images they can show their MAGA fans—like those cop shows on TV. But they don’t want the images that show empathy toward those ICE detains. They want to disappear people so families are left wondering what happen to thier loved one.

How Orwellian is this language: He was "handed to ICE to determine his alienage and removability.”
"Alienage," not citizenship.
"Removability," not legal rights.
And "handed" to ICE like they daintily passed a cup of tea, not grabbed and hauled off.

These programs weren't set up this way simply for the benefit of recipients. They are by design also a subsidy for American agriculture. That's the longstanding red-blue, rural-urban political deal of it. Like how they're getting nuked by the trade war, they are cannibalizing their own coalition.
