As I walked the longish walk to get a supermarket trolly all the way at the end, I pulled a few up with mine, to save the next person the inconvenience. Something small, I know, but the next person thanked me. I can’t believe I never thought to do this before.

Getting my NYC voter registration in on time has been a challenge! Changed WiFi so printer/scanner didn’t connect (also maybe old software) but thankfully my hotel let me access a computer to print out the form and emailed the scan they did to me. My vote is coming, @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social

I’ve been reading all the tributes about Tom Lehrer and realised my family had a record when I was a kid and I’d play it all the time. I wish I’d have known more about his career but thanks to his generosity I can listen to all his songs online and remember being small and playing the album.

I saw Black Sabbath back in the day- at Madison Square Garden..Van Halen opened. I have to admit, VH stole the show, but it still was a great night from both bands. RIP Ozzy- a true rock legend.
