Remembrance Day is always framed around the soldiers who died in war, but this anodyne honour is given to justify their deaths. Regretful casualties for noble goals. Millions died in WWI for imperial goals of aging plutocrats. Countless civilians have been killed before and since in the same goal.

Yes, it's true that with the right support and accommodations, some disabled people will be able to do some jobs.
But the onus should be as much (if not more) on the employer to do the right things.
And cutting benefits won't help anyone.
