As I said on that other execrable site, the owners would’ve been crying for a salary cap, no matter who signed Kyle Tucker, and and at what price.
This is just an excuse. If the Dodgers did nothing this offseason they would still be pushing for this. They want permission not to spend and are tired of defending their poverty cheap ass ways

At least you don’t have to worry about the Dodgers getting the polar bear. They have a pretty good first baseman who, while aging, is still pretty clutch.

Sorry to hear your family’s not feeling well. I can empathize; my son picked the one rainy weekend to get married and all of us got quite ill with the bad cough that never seemed to go away. I’m finally fine but my wife still has the cough. Hang in there stuck up on lonzegrs and cold medicine.

Worth pointing out, if you throw out the Dodgers Mickey Mouse title during the pandemic, MLB has had six in six years and nine in the last ten, with half the league making the WS over that time.
