Let's see where we are in the justice stakes, eh?

- Johnson: big money ChatGPT articles for the Mail.

- Cummings: consultancy, Substack prick

- Hancock: consultancy, book, I'm a celebrity

- Sunak: prime minister, big money advisor

- Gove: editor at The Spectator

- Mone: still has a yacht

🏆
COVID inquiry report highlights:

• Response was too little, too late
• No lockdown exit strategy
• Toxic culture at the heart of govt—Cummings & Johnson named specifically.
• 23,000 lives could've been saved
• Rules were too confusing
• Officials breaking rules undermined public confidence

Ineluctable direction of travel for Labour Party members of good conscience.

BBC News reports on a Russian attack on Ukraine that killed at least 26 people, including 3 children.

The newsreader didn't say 'Russia denies targeting civilians' & there was no statement putting Russia's point of view.

Justice served. A scarce thing that should be savoured.

Replace "Mamdani" with "Khan" and you'd reproduce the same effect this tweet got but with our own trademarked knuckle-dragging nativists.

The fact that "left leaning MPs" in the labour party are looking at Lisa fucking Nandy and thinking "yeah, good left wing option that" illustrates perfectly how completely insanely right wing the Labour party is.
Firstly, if Sir Keir has to face a no-confidence vote, he's already out. Even if he wins it, it just postpones his time to ouster, nothing more.

Secondly, that list of possible contenders is 💀.

I think the real read here is not trolling the Labour Party for being equally far right, it's that you qualify for Reform as a person of colour by actively discriminating against other people of colour.

I'd say this is going to be a very instructive exercise in finding out whether:

· The last two years of weaponising anything opposed to genocide as AS has nullified its real-world seriousness.

· It's only people on the left who face career-shortening repercussions from allegations like this.

Barber: What can I do for you?

Starmer: I need a distraction, I'm about as bopular as herbes right now.

Barber: Chinese spies?

Starmer: OK, baybe a bit more off the tob?

Barber: War with Russia?

Starmer: Sblendid!

Starmer has lost Dunt, Raf and Crace all in the space of a week, and *before* the budget.

There's 42 days until the end of 2025—I'd say this is a crescendo that means the Scriveners of Wapping don't believe he'll see out the year.

If I were a journalist in the US, I'd be pretty concerned about how little the authoritarian president seems to care about people in my line of work getting dismembered.
