Odesa terrorbombades igen i natt och en person mördades, samtidigt som det blev svåra skador på regionens energiförsörjning. De första exportlicenserna för ukrainska vapen har nu givits ut och företag som producerar mer än Ukrainas försvar behöver kan börja exportera.
