People were legit wearing masks in public way before the pandemic, and nobody dreamed of asking why. I would simply say a silent prayer that they were ok. These assholes mocking mask-wearing are out of touch with reality and with humanity.

Disappointed to see Jon Stewart & co joke about masking in public. I do it for my medically fragile daughter (Batten Disease). People not masking properly led to her getting pneumonia, which led to her being on life support, which led to me getting price quotes on her cremation just in case.

My dad today, aged 90. Used to jog daily along this beach. Caught COVID two years ago. Started to complain of back and hip pains. Slid out of bed and suffered a minimal trauma fractured neckof femur.
