My ex was like this. He was convinced I was a hypochondriac but it was the opposite. I would try to hide symptoms when ill to avoid being berated. But if it was him with even a cold, he was sure he was having a major health crisis.

I think a lot about how the US is not a party to the Rome Statute but the president does apparently possess the power to ship people off to foreign countries so I'm sure the next president could find some countries that claim universal jurisdiction
