The problem with left-leaning media is they're intrinsically more strict with their propaganda to only using verifiable sources so it's really hard to poke holes in their ideology and arguments in comparison to a lot of low quality rightwing content.
That makes attacking their points with fact checkers not very effective unless the fact checkers use misinformation tactics as well.

Also, someone asked, so fwiw my take on this mess is that if I were an accelerationist who wanted to seize power I would simply target cities I knew would stage a strong resistance with something they'd find intolerable and then use that to justify further atrocities. So would Machiavelli.

Really cannot scream loudly enough that for the next while you will feel an urge to hunker and turn inward and that is the last fucking thing we need everyone to do. Now is the time to have weird casual conversations with neighbors and friends about emergencies and to offer what help you can.
